Small Change Crowdfunding
SMALL CHANGE CROWDFUNDING
Smallchange.com is a real estate investment crowdfunding platform that accepts contributions from individuals and organizations. In order to build better cities everywhere and to provide everyone with the opportunity to invest, they connect investors with developers raising funds for transformative real estate projects. The securities regulations known as Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) and Regulation D (Reg D), are used to accomplish the goals. Their ability to assist in raising funds for developers is governed by these regulations, as are the rules they must adhere to in doing so. Also available to them is Regulation A (Reg A), which allows developers to raise up to $50 million in funding. If the rules are followed, Reg CF makes it possible for anyone over the age of 18 to make an investment. Because Small Change is a registered Funding Portal with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), we handle all of the paperwork. The only place where you can list Reg CF offerings is on a Funding Portal, and they are the only Impact Real Estate Funding Portal in the country that is exclusively focused on Reg CF offerings.
Goals of Small Change Crowdfunding:

• They will get SEC access codes for you.
• They will file all papers with the SEC.
• They will open a bank account for investors.
• They will construct your campaign website.
• They will you create marketing materials.
• They will perform financial reviews and bad actor reports as required.
In other words, they will effortlessly lead you through the listing process.
What you can do to help.
Through Reg CF, you may raise up to $5 million from anyone over the age of 18 on an annual basis. Accredited investors self-verify and are free to invest as much or as little as they want. Unaccredited investors, on the other hand, are able to invest a percentage of either their income or net worth, with a maximum yearly investment of $107,000. When it comes to minimum investment quantities, you can set them as low as you like, which is critical if you want to integrate community money. If you wish to raise even more money, you can add a Reg D offering to your campaign on their platform, which would allow more authorized investors to contribute as much as they desire.
Listed below is their fee structure for our Reg CF products and services: a $2,500 onboarding fee plus 5% of the first year's revenue $1 million raised 4% of the second place total. After the first $1 million is raised, we charge a set fee of 3% of any further funds raised (they charge a fixed cost for Reg D/506c offerings because Small Change is not a broker-dealer and so cannot charge fees based on the amount of money raised).
